Transform Your Parenting With Triple P
Triple P is a comprehensive parenting program to assist families facing challenges with their children's behavior. It aims to teach parents and caregivers safe and effective parenting strategies over 10–17 weeks. Triple P addresses various parenting needs, such as teaching new skills to children, fostering positive behavior, improving parent-child relationships, handling challenging behaviors, and ensuring alignment between partners in parenting. The program is suitable for natural, kinship care, adoptive, and foster families. Triple P involves assessments, goal-setting, strategy implementation, and planning for future challenges, with additional support available as needed.

Building Safer Homes With SafeCare
SafeCare is a parent-training program designed for families with at least one child aged birth to 5 who are involved with child protective and welfare services. This in-home program focuses on creating a safe environment for young children and enhancing structure and routines within the household. The program is delivered over 18-20 weeks, with each module lasting about six weeks. SafeCare Home Visitors provide assistance in health, home safety, and parent-child interactions, offering valuable skills to parents for maintaining a healthy and secure home.

Nurture Early Bonds with Promoting First Relationships Program
The Promoting First Relationships (PFR) program is an evidence-based initiative designed to empower parents and caregivers to foster young children's social and emotional development through responsive, nurturing relationships. This 10-14 week in-home service promotes secure bonds, enhances parental confidence, and supports child development. Utilizing a video feedback approach grounded in attachment principles, PFR equips caregivers with practical insights into real-life situations, emphasizing the crucial role of early relationships in a child's development. Caregivers learn essential skills such as building trust, understanding nonverbal cues, and responding to challenging behaviors with empathy. By participating in PFR, caregivers enhance their bond with the child and lay the foundation for the child's success across social, emotional, behavioral, and cognitive domains.

With a focus on enhancing family functioning and safety, FPS offers a range of essential services spanning parenting strategies, advocacy skills, crisis stabilization, and counseling, among others, to prevent child placement and resolve safety concerns and conflicts within the family unit. Lasting up to six months, FPS endeavors to keep families together by empowering them with valuable skills and resources tailored to their unique needs and circumstances. Through FPS participation, families can acquire new skills in parenting, communication, and conflict resolution while also accessing vital community resources to meet basic needs. Initiated upon request from DCYF caseworkers, FPS engages families in developing personalized plans to address concerns, with therapists offering support in the privacy of their homes or community settings.
